Family-owned plastic and packaging manufacturer seeks experienced machine operator for day shift position in Oakleigh South.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience operating a slitter machine, with proven ability to work in a high-speed production line environment. They will be responsible for setting up and operating the machine, monitoring equipment function, performing quality checks, and recording product information.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous machine operating experience
  • Proven ability to work on a high-speed production line environment
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • GMP and HACCP knowledge would be an advantage
  • A high attention to detail and time management skills
