Employment Lawyer

This role offers an exciting opportunity to advise clients on employment matters, appear before the Commission, conduct seminars and workshops, and prepare employment contracts. You will also have client and matter responsibility, working closely with counsel to brief them on cases.

  • Advise clients on adverse actions, unfair dismissals, discrimination, bullying, modern awards, and work safety.
  • Prepare employment contracts and negotiate agreements.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support your advice and recommendations.
Required Skills and Qualifications

We are seeking an experienced employment lawyer with:

  • At least 2 years of post-admission experience in employment law.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and initiative.
  • Able to run files confidently and competently.
  • Good communication skills within a team and with clients.
  • Strong file management and organisational skills.
