Job Description

As a strategic finance leader with a passion for creating positive social impact, you will play a key role in driving our Housing and Property strategy. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the long-term financial sustainability of our organization.

  • You will lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, providing high-quality reporting to senior stakeholders and the Board. Additionally, you will assess capital project feasibility through robust financial modeling.
  • Reporting to the Head of Finance, this hands-on role will partner directly with the General Manager of our Housing & Property division, offering critical financial oversight, insight, and leadership across a registered community housing provider.

  • A strong background in finance, with a focus on budgeting and forecasting.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to model complex financial scenarios.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively report to senior stakeholders.
