Warehouse Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Operations Coordinator to oversee all aspects of warehouse operations. This role involves coordinating with transport companies, maintaining efficient operations, and meeting customer needs.

  • Assist in daily coordination of warehouse operations, stock control, and stock levels.
  • Use software to monitor stock locations, balances, and print labels.
  • Manage the timely dispatching of outgoing freight.
  • Responsible for shipping customer orders promptly and efficiently.
  • Assist in preparing, packing, and shipping hazardous materials in compliance with regulations.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer service issues.
  • Supervise daily activities of team members, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and in compliance with standards.
  • Operate material handling equipment to facilitate the movement of goods within the warehouse.
  • Manage general office duties, such as end-of-month rollovers and supply ordering.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A strong understanding of warehousing processes.
  • Basic computer skills using MS suite.
  • A relevant certificate for operating lifting machinery.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize workload.
  • Experience in a similar environment with a medium-sized organization.
