Role Overview


We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Graduate/Site Engineer to join our team in South East Queensland. As a Graduate/Site Engineer, you will play a key role in overseeing civil construction projects across the region, working closely with our experienced leaders and teams.


About the Role


Key Responsibilities:



  • Assist in cost management, production costs, and daily, weekly, and monthly reports
  • Coordinate materials supplied and liaise with suppliers
  • Ensure quality assurance documentation is accurate and up-to-date
  • Administer contracts, including NODs/EOTs, notices, reporting, and claims

About You:



  • Degree in Engineering (Majoring in Civil)
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office: Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to provide proof of Eligibility to Work in Australia
  • Hold a current Drivers license with reliable transport
