Commercial Property Lawyer Position

We are seeking a highly experienced and confident Senior Commercial Property Lawyer with 5-10 years post-admission experience to join our growing legal practice.

The successful candidate will have exceptional communication skills, strong commercial acumen, and excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing expert advice on complex commercial property transactions, including acquisitions and disposals, retail and commercial leasing, property structuring, and easements.
  • Representing clients in property disputes such as encroachments, loans, and mortgages.
  • Offering general estate and/or commercial law expertise, particularly in business sales, corporate advisory, or contract drafting.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5-10 years post-admission experience as a commercial property law solicitor.
  • Exceptional communication and client-focused mindset.
  • Strong commercial acumen, practical approach, and excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with legal practice software and customer relationship management tools.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
