Job Overview:

A seasoned expert in SAP systems is required to spearhead strategic initiatives and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic guidance on SAP system configuration, customization, and integration.
  • Design and implement scalable SAP landscapes, ensuring alignment with future business needs.
  • Oversee large-scale SAP projects from initiation to completion, coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP technology trends and advancements, promoting continuous enhancement within the SAP environment.
  • Identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks associated with SAP implementations, updates, and migrations.
  • Foster strong relationships with SAP technology providers and partners, guaranteeing optimal resource utilization and access to top-tier solutions.
  • Mentor junior consultants, impart knowledge, and nurture their professional growth.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, comprehending their business requirements and translating them into actionable SAP solutions.
Requirements:
  • Substantial experience as an SAP consultant, with a focus on SAP Basis administration and SAP Solution Manager.
  • Comprehensive understanding of SAP system administration, including monitoring, performance tuning, security management, and backup/recovery procedures.
  • Expert knowledge of SAP NetWeaver and associated technologies, including SAP Solution Manager.
  • Proven proficiency in SAP HANA Administration and Database Management Systems.
  • Superb problem-solving abilities and the capacity to approach challenges both tactically and strategically.
  • Distinctive communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members at all levels.
  • Verified capability to handle multiple projects concurrently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Track record of effectively leading and delivering complex SAP projects, ensuring client satisfaction, and generating business value.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
