We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Paid Media to join our Growth Marketing team at Carsales. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building, leading, and driving our digital and above-the-line paid media strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and execute best-in-class digital media campaigns across all relevant channels and media buying methods, including Paid Search, Meta Ads, DV360, and Programmatic platforms.
- Collaborate with the broader marketing team to strategize, lead, and execute high-performing Above-the-Line marketing campaigns through all relevant media buying methods and channels, such as OOH, Radio, and TV.
- Build and manage relationships with key partners, including Google, Meta, Programmatic Platform Partners, Media Networks, and Agencies.
- Identify and implement innovative media opportunities to drive commercial outcomes.
- Work closely with the marketing data analytics team to report on performance against targets and uncover growth opportunities.
- Develop and manage a high-performing team of SMEs in performance and brand performance marketing, as well as app strategy.
- Champion and be the leading subject matter expert in paid media across the business, ensuring we are at the forefront of paid media trends and industry developments.
- Certification and advanced experience with CM360, DV360, SA360, and Meta ad buying platforms.
- Proven record of delivering end-to-end paid media strategies that have focused on driving direct business impact.
- Proven success record of delivering commercial results through media channels.
- Proficient in data analytics and Excel.
- Advanced Google Analytics 4 skills and tagging knowledge.
- Experience with audience segmentation through a CDP is favorable.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to overlay commercial acumen and articulate paid media strategies to varying stakeholders.
