We are seeking a passionate and committed Training Advisor to join our team at ETC LTD. As a Training Advisor, you will play a vital role in providing flexible and practical training services to students through the delivery of accredited and non-accredited training, coaching, and mentoring.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver Training and Assessment Services: Provide high-quality training and assessment services to students, ensuring they receive the support and guidance they need to achieve their goals.
- Assess Student Needs: Assess the skills and abilities of students to tailor your training offering and ensure they receive the most effective support.
- Manage Case Load: Ensure the management of your case load is maintained within identified milestones, ensuring timely and effective support for students.
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment: Hold a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40116) or equivalent.
- Certificate III or Diploma in Individual Support: Hold a Certificate III or Diploma in Individual Support.
- Industry Experience: Have a minimum of 2 years' industry experience.
- Driver's Licence: Hold a current Driver's Licence.
- Police Check: Provide a recent, clear National Police Check.
- Working With Children Check: Provide a current NSW Working With Children Check.
