Job Overview

We are seeking a Customer Service Officer to join our team in a Casual capacity. As the first point of contact, you will provide expert and friendly service to customers, both in-person and over the phone.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping others and making people feel welcome. If you have an interest in fitness, gymnastics, and aquatics, this role may be ideal for you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service at reception, over the phone, and in written correspondence
  • Process new memberships and promote information on facility classes and services
  • Make bookings and process payments
  • Perform open and close procedures, cash reconciliations, and banking duties
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Availability to work a range of morning, afternoon, and alternating Saturday shifts
  • Ability to perform administrative duties, including data and word processing, filing, and photocopying
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Familiarity with POS systems and MS suite
  • A National Police Check is required prior to commencing in the role
