Coordinating quality and compliance systems is a vital function for any organization.

About the Role
  • Maintaining accurate records of policies, supporting documentation and operational processes to ensure legislative compliance requirements are met.
  • Researching and providing guidance on relevant legislation and accreditation standards.
  • Mapping documentation to regulatory frameworks, coordinating training and support for document management processes.
  • Managing data related to audit findings and reviews; developing best practice auditing tools and reporting requirements.
  • Creating training materials to support Governance, Risk and Compliance Management system delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications

A strong working knowledge of legislation and regulatory frameworks is essential. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A degree in Quality Management or a related field;
  • Experience writing formal documents, including policies, procedures, work instructions and guides;
  • Knowledge of legislative compliance requirements and regulatory frameworks for Quality standards and continuous improvements;
  • At least 5 years of experience in quality, compliance accreditation and/or licensing.
