About the Role

Palo Alto Networks is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Program Manager to support large and complex consulting engagements and security transformation programs across JAPAC.

The ideal candidate will report directly to the VP for Unit 42 in JAPAC and partner with Unit 42 leadership and Security Consulting PMO to lead GCO programs and projects, as well as support Digital Forensics and Incident Response (DFIR) and Proactive Services engagements across the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead multiple large-scale projects creating project plans and ensuring on-time task execution and documentation
  • Develop and implement effective program management methodologies and processes
  • Partner with technical team members to accomplish project goals and objectives
  • Manage multiple projects effectively by defining schedules and goals based on Statements of Work (SOWs)
  • Maintain and update status reports for external clients and customers
  • Partner with consulting leadership with any staffing needs for each project
  • Develop strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders for each project
  • Partner with the Engagement Lead to ensure the projects adhere to budget and time frame guidelines
  • Partner with Engagement Lead to look for opportunities to increase client satisfaction and deepen relationships
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in MIS, Cybersecurity, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience or equivalent military experience required
  • 9+ years of professional experience in Project/Program Management, focusing in one or more of the following - transformative IT, Cybersecurity, Digital Forensics, Incident Response, or Software Defined Lifecycle (SDLC)/Infrastructure or other IT related technical environments
  • Ability to lead multiple large-scale projects creating project plans and ensuring on-time task execution and documentation
  • Proven ability to work autonomously, prioritize projects, solve problems requiring meticulous attention to detail, multitask, and communicate with stakeholders at all levels of our client organizations
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and diplomacy
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written form
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays as needed
