Sales Growth Manager

Responsibilities- Manage a territory of customers to deliver mutual growth via flawless execution of customer plans and compliance to business objectives.
- Build strong relationships with store managers and grocery managers to influence inventory and display decisions.
- Inform customers of new product developments and promotional planning, ensuring compliance to in-store standards.
- Deliver commercial calendar initiatives and business objectives, bringing the sales strategy to life in each customer.
- Leverage store scan data and business reviews to drive sales opportunities and commercialise business objectives.
- Strong understanding of the customer supply chain to influence On Shelf Availability.
- Able to identify in-store sales growth opportunities against key objectives and develop plans to improve in-store execution.
- Able to use category facts in all aspects of customer interaction and negotiation.
- Able to have natural selling conversations that result in customers taking action.
