Job Title: Multitask Barista

We are seeking a skilled multitasker to join our café and store team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Barista Duties:
    • Prepare and serve high-quality beverages in a fast-paced environment
    • Maintain excellent standards of hygiene and presentation in the café area
    • Provide attentive customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
    • Monitor stock levels and restock supplies as needed
  • Cashier & Customer Service:
    • Operate the cash register accurately and handle transactions efficiently
    • Greet customers warmly and assist with general inquiries
  • Deli & Packaging Support:
    • Assist in simple cheese packaging and labeling
    • Follow basic food handling and safety procedures
    • Ensure deli presentation is neat and appealing

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a barista role preferred
  • Ability to work across different areas of the store, including weekends and public holidays
  • Excellent communication skills and a helpful attitude
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
