Key Responsibilities- Client Support: Provide personalized support to clients with disabilities, including assistance with daily living activities, personal care, and medication administration.
- Transportation: Safely transport clients in our wheelchair-accessible vans and pool cars.
- Wellness Monitoring: Monitor the well-being of clients and report on their progress to ensure their needs are met.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with our dynamic team to provide high-quality support services to our clients.
- Commitment to Disability Support: Demonstrate a strong commitment to supporting and promoting the individual needs of people with disabilities.
- Flexibility: Be flexible to work on a 24/7 rotating roster, including morning, afternoon, and night shifts, as well as weekend and public holiday shifts.
- Experience: Have experience supporting clients with intellectual disabilities, high physical support needs, and medical/health needs.
- Driver's License: Hold a current NSW Driver's License (P2 minimum).
- Local Residency: Be local to the North Shore.
- Competitive Remuneration: Receive an attractive hourly rate, plus superannuation and penalty rates.
