We seek a dedicated individual to support our clients through compassionate care and empowerment. Your duties will include:

  • Supporting clients to develop and maintain independence and advocating for their individual needs.
  • Delivering personalized support by assisting clients with daily activities, administering medication, and using equipment and aids.
  • Transporting clients in wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
  • Monitoring clients' well-being and reporting on their progress.
  • Collaborating with a dynamic team.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated commitment to supporting and promoting the individual needs of our clients.
  • Flexibility to work on a 24/7 rotating roster, including morning, afternoon, and night shifts, as well as weekend and public holiday shifts.
  • Experience supporting clients with intellectual disabilities, high physical support needs, and medical/health needs.
  • A current NSW Driver's License (P2 minimum).
  • Local to the North Shore.
