Job Opportunity

A Child, Youth and Family Transport Support Worker position has become available with our organisation.

Key responsibilities of the job include:

  • Transporting children to school, family contact, respite, home-based care and other essential appointments;
  • Providing emotional support and companionship to young people who have experienced trauma;
  • Documenting progress notes and reporting any concerns during support engagements;

The successful applicant will be required to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to de-escalate heightened behavior in a calm and appropriate manner.

The role also involves providing a safe and supportive environment for young people to thrive in.
