Job Title

Civil Construction Design Trainer and Assessor - Join our team to design, deliver, and assess training programs for civil construction projects. As a Senior Trainer and Assessor, you will be responsible for the development and delivery of high-quality training content that meets the needs of industry stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for civil construction projects, including workshops, lectures, and on-the-job training.
  • Assess and provide feedback to students on their performance, using industry-recognized assessment tools and processes.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure training programs meet project requirements.
Requirements
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or TAE40110) with current currency documents.
  • Relevant qualifications in Civil Construction or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in training and assessing in a civil construction context.
