Financial Services Assistant

Fitzgerald Jenkins Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and organized Financial Services Assistant to join our client's growing business in the Sydney CBD.

About the Role:

  • Support a team of Advisors in providing full-service stockbroking, financial planning, and wealth management services to clients.
  • Handle day-to-day correspondence, including client settlements and corporate actions.
  • Provide accurate market information and research to clients.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Execute administrative tasks for clients and Advisors.
  • Maintain and update client files.

Requirements:

  • RG146 compliance and ADA 1 + 2.
  • Commenced Professional Year (PY).
  • Superior communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Possess the makings of a client network and/or the desire to build a network with a view to becoming an Advisor within 6 - 12 months.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines with flexibility.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  • Australian working rights.
