About the Role- Create high-quality technical content that meets end-user needs, including user guides, FAQs, workbooks, communication, and knowledge bases.
- Maintain the VicGov People Compendium, an online repository of design decisions, documents, and governance methods used in the creation of the Human Capital Management (HCM) system, VicGov People.
- Collaborate with IT professionals, consultants, and Service Integrator teams to ensure all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with end-user requirements.
Key skills and qualifications include experience developing, writing, and maintaining high-quality technical content, as well as designing and managing online knowledge bases. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential for success in this position.
