Key Responsibilities
  • Program Leadership: Lead and develop a small team by setting clear direction and providing mentorship, coaching, and support for professional development, all aimed at achieving organisational objectives and KPIs.
  • Program Oversight: Act as the main liaison and escalation point between the Academic Programs team, teaching departments, and Student and Scholarly Services, managing all matters related to the faculty's undergraduate programs.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Contribute to the wider Academic Services team as a leader and influencer, working collaboratively across functions with peers to create effective workflows and communication that support collective goals and drive success.
Requirements
  • Program Management Experience: Bring program management experience from a university or government education sector and possess a thorough understanding of these environments.
  • Leadership and Management: Be a highly effective leader who excels at mentoring and managing performance while driving efficiency.
  • Cultural Competence: Inspire teamwork, build a positive workplace culture, and offer innovative, solutions-focused approaches.
  • Problem-Solving and Analysis: Be a skilled problem-solver, capable of exercising sound judgment and initiative to address complex challenges.
  • Education and Qualifications: Have a degree combined with significant relevant experience, or an equivalent mix of professional experience and/or education and training.
