Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality care and support to our clients in a home environment, ensuring their holistic needs are met in accordance with their Care Plan.
  • Contribute to site reporting, accreditation standards, and legislative compliance by completing all documentation and reporting incidents.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team to actively promote choice, control, and quality of life for our clients.
Requirements
  • A Certificate III in Aged Care or Disability (or equivalent)
  • A satisfactory National Police Clearance that is less than one year old
  • A satisfactory NDIS Worker Screening check
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with people from diverse backgrounds and experiences
  • An empathetic, compassionate nature and a client-focused approach
  • The ability to prioritise your workload safely and efficiently
