About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Care Specialist to join our multidisciplinary team at Brightwater. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, person-centered care to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate clinical care for clients
  • Deliver inclusive and quality care in accordance with individualized client care plans
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal service provision
  • Prioritize workload safely and efficiently, focusing on client needs

Requirements:

  • Registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Strong clinical care experience, preferably in residential aged care
  • Two years post-graduate nursing experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with diverse backgrounds and experiences
  • Ability to lead shifts with empathy and mentoring approach
  • Satisfactory National Police Clearance and First Aid Certificate
  • NDIS Worker Screening check
