Salary: $42.76 - $53.46 per hour (dependent on experience) + superannuation

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality clinical care to our residents. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for coaching, supervising, and guiding the personal care team while ensuring a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing direct clinical nursing care to residents in line with best practice nursing procedures
  • Acting as Team leader, providing coaching, supervision, and guidance to the personal care team
  • Working in a safe manner to protect yourself, your colleagues and residents closely following all policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • A current AHPRA registration following completion of a Bachelor of Nursing or similar qualification
  • A thorough understanding of the Aged Care Legislation and Aged Care Quality Standards
  • Demonstrated understanding of AN-ACC assessment processes
  • Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of the aging process, particularly age-related health issues
  • Strong coaching/training skills
  • Effective conflict resolution skills with a high level of emotional intelligence
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
  • Competent IT skills
  • Willingness to apply for a Police Check and NDIS clearance
