Senior Medical Officer

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Senior Medical Officer to fill this position in Central West Queensland.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide medical care to patients in a rural setting.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with acute and chronic conditions.
  • Participate in on-call rotations and provide after-hours emergency care.
Necessary Skills and Qualifications:
  • FRACGP or FACRRM with current AHPRA registration.
  • Experience in general practice and/or emergency medicine.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a remote location with minimal support.
