Job Title: Social Media & Content Manager

We're seeking a skilled Social Media & Content Manager to join our team and drive commercial outcomes while delivering high-quality customer service experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to engage and build our audience
  • Create and curate high-quality content that resonates with our followers
  • Provide strategic counsel to the Head of PR & Social Media and wider Group stakeholders
  • Drive maximum commercial outcomes for Virgin Australia and its partners
Requirements:
  • Significant experience leading social media initiatives and teams
  • 8+ years' experience in social media and content or similar
  • Proven results building social media audiences, driving engagement, and delivering results
  • Strong copywriting and copy editing skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with external and internal stakeholders
  • Deadline focus and passion for storytelling
  • Extensive knowledge of current social media platforms and trends
