We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Speech Pathologist to join our team at HealthcareLink. As a Mobile Speech Pathologist, you will be responsible for delivering excellent speech pathology services to a diverse caseload, from ages 7 up to and including aged care.
Key Responsibilities:
* Engage and deliver excellent speech pathology services to a diverse caseload, from ages 7 up to and including aged care.
* Conduct speech pathology in the comfort of the client's own home or preferred environment in order to align with the ICF framework and achieve functional goals.
* Engage with clients with a variety of diagnosis and presentations under the NDIS and other government funding schemes.
* Engage in regular supervision sessions, mentoring and reporting sessions in order to continually and consistently feel supported while enhancing your clinical growth and expertise.
* Regularly evaluate progress and outcomes, using relevant clinical assessments.
* Participating in regular team meetings to discuss outcomes with clients, family members and key stakeholders.
* Prepare accurate and timely reports that aide future planning, budgeting and recommended strategies.
* Engaging in regular group and partnered case studies in order to continually build and develop your clinical expertise.

* Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Speech Pathology
