Role Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our vibrant community. We are seeking an individual who shares our values and commitment to providing high-quality education and care for children aged six weeks to six years.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide a safe and stimulating environment that meets the needs of our children.
  2. Encourage engagement and participation in curriculum decision making.
  3. Work collaboratively with educators, children, and families to plan and implement an effective ongoing cycle of planning, documenting, and evaluating.
  4. Develop trusting relationships with families through regular, honest and open communication.
  5. Extend children's thinking and learning through intentional teaching strategies.

We cater for 117 children from six weeks to six years old. Our state-of-the-art environment supports children's curiosity, imagination, and creativity.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need experience working in an environment guiding and supporting children up to six years old. You should have a demonstrated ability to adhere to and understand the ECA code of Ethics and the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child.
