Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Goodstart Early Learning Centre Bray Park. As an Early Childhood Educator, you will be responsible for providing high-quality education and care to children in our centre, working closely with our Senior Educators and Educational Leader to develop and implement learning programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality education and care to children in our centre
  • Develop and implement learning programs that meet the needs of children in our care
  • Work closely with Senior Educators and Educational Leader to achieve centre goals and objectives
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes the social, emotional, physical and cognitive development of children
  • Communicate effectively with parents and carers to ensure a smooth transition of children from home to centre and back again

Requirements

  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current Queensland Working with Children Check
