Marsh is seeking a highly skilled Work Health and Safety (WHS) professional to join our team in Perth. As a WHS Consultant, you will work closely with our clients to provide a range of WHS solutions, including audits, inspections, risk assessments, training, and policy development.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deploy WHS programs and initiatives for clients in line with our model and standard of service delivery.
- Work with clients and internal stakeholders to identify and develop bespoke WHS proposals and solutions.
- Lead on and deliver a broad range of projects within the delivery timeframe and budget.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities and at-risk clients.
- Develop and maintain client relationships to expand business opportunities and services.
- Be an ambassador for the practice, building the Strategic Risk Consulting brand.
- Continually develop professional skills by engaging in professional development courses.
- Tertiary degree in Health, Safety, or a relevant field.
- 4+ years' experience in a Health and Safety role.
- Understanding of risk management principles and the ability to apply and communicate these principles in the management of WHS hazards.
- Experience in a consulting role would be highly regarded.
- Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training (desirable).
- Exemplar Global OHS auditor accreditation (desirable).
- A current driver's license, own vehicle, and willingness to travel as required.
- Technical knowledge and understanding of relevant regulations and standards.
- Demonstrated experience in developing documented plans, presentations, and related workshop materials with strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication and client-management skills, both written and verbal, with experience facilitating workshops and presenting.
