Job Title

A Program Supervisor is required to oversee the operational and clinical aspects of our specialized foster care model.

  • Develop, implement, review, and amend individual treatment plans for children.
  • Lead weekly treatment foster parent and clinical team meetings.
  • Provide 24-hour on-call support to treatment foster parents as required.
  • Ensure outcome measurements and data management systems are successfully utilised to ensure optimum performance of the program.

Key responsibilities include overseeing the recruitment, assessment, training, and support to treatment foster parents. This involves working closely with Department of Communities & Justice staff to identify clear referral processes and systems based on knowledge of the cohort best served by this program.

The successful candidate will have experience in a leadership role in NSW Child Protection Sector with an understanding of trauma and the complex needs of children in out-of-home care.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Understanding of trauma and its impact on children.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
