Program Nurse Educator
Description:We are seeking an experienced Program Nurse Educator to support our haematology program. You will use your specialist nursing expertise to deliver education and training to healthcare professionals across both primary and specialty care.
- Deliver engaging education and training programs to healthcare professionals across primary and specialty care settings
- Provide up-to-date clinical information on haematology management and treatment pathways
- Build strong professional relationships with HCPs to support knowledge transfer and best practice adoption
- Act as a clinical resource and advisor, supporting program objectives and educational initiatives
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistency and accuracy of educational content
- Ensure all training is aligned with program guidelines, policies, and compliance standards
- A current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- A strong knowledge of chronic disease management (haematology)
- Demonstrated experience in delivering clinical education to healthcare professionals
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage time independently
- Proficiency in digital platforms for education delivery and reporting
