We are seeking a skilled trade assistant to join our team immediately working on day shifts from 6:30 am to 2:30 pm with overtime opportunities.

The successful candidate will assist in the installation of roller shutters and similar security solutions at residential and commercial sites across various locations.

This varied role requires traveling throughout the region including the Sunshine Coast Gatton and Coffs Harbour.

A background in carpentry trade assistance or electrical work is ideal but fabrication or technically minded individuals can also be trained for the position.

To succeed in this role you must:

  • Possess experience working with hand and power tools
  • Demonstrate the ability to follow verbal and written instructions
  • Display a high level of attention to detail
  • Be proactive with a strong safety focus
  • Showcase great communication skills
  • Practice good housekeeping

You should be mechanically inclined to handle moving parts and motors including manual winders.

Installation knowledge is highly advantageous but not essential if you're self-sufficient and proficient with tools.

As a representative of the company you'll take pride in your work and respect clients' property.
