About the Role

This exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Change Associate to join our Change Management Practice in Sydney, Melbourne, or Manila. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with clients across all areas of change management to deliver high-quality outcomes. This junior role offers an ideal platform for professional growth and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Briefs from clients: Take briefs from clients to understand their business requirements and expectations.
  • Business Analysis: Analyse a client's business, particularly where there is a potential impact from change.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Meet and present to stakeholders, preparing business documents and slides as required.
  • Change Management: Propose appropriate tactics to manage organisational changes for a project in a way that leads to desired outcomes.
  • Project Execution: Execute on plans, scheduling, reporting on progress, raising risks and issues, maintaining effective relationships, and being a supportive project team member.
  • Agile Project Management: Apply Project Management principles, including Agile, Waterfall, and blended methods.
  • Support to Recipients of Change: Provide the needed level of support to recipients of change during and after the project.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in Change Management, Project Delivery, and/or PMO roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant fields such as Psychology and Organisational Psychology, Communications/Journalism, Human Resources, Project Management, Applied / Behavioural Science, or similar.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and PowerPoint.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A desire and ability to contribute to the Change Management Practice.
  • Essential attributes include resilience, inquisitive nature, empathy, and problem analysis and solving skills.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus excellent benefits, including a continuous learning and development environment, in-house training sessions and external training allowances, individual career development plans, mentoring/mentee program, collaborative and inclusive culture, excellent remuneration, regular and well-defined bonuses and profit share, paid overtime, recognition and rewards for high performance, job security, and support during personal hardships.
