As a Disability Support Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing personalized support to individuals with disabilities, enabling them to live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality support in a group home setting, assisting clients with daily living activities, personal care, and medication administration.
  • Support clients in making their own choices and building skills for independence, promoting their autonomy and dignity.
  • Encourage clients to engage and participate in their community, fostering social connections and a sense of belonging.
  • Build positive relationships with clients, their families, and other stakeholders, ensuring a collaborative and supportive environment.
  • Transport clients, using our minivan, as required.

Requirements

  • A current NSW Driver's Licence (P2 minimum)
  • Reside locally in the Ryde area
