The successful candidate will need expertise in behavioral sciences or a related field, with experience leading teams to achieve organizational goals.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop, lead and manage a strategic research and evaluation program to enhance road safety outcomes.
- Lead the advisory group on road safety research and provide high-level advice on strategic direction and investment decisions.
- Maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders at a senior level.
- A post-graduate qualification in behavioral sciences or another relevant discipline.
- Significant achievement in leading research programs.
