Role Overview

We are seeking a talented Anaesthetics Specialist to join our Regional Referral and Trauma Service for a 12-month contract.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise a range of Anaesthetic Rotations with exposure to Elective and Emergency Surgery Lists in a supportive environment.
  • Provide high-quality supervision and support to trainees.
  • Develop and implement a high-quality teaching program including ultrasound education, joint paediatric teaching, neonatal resuscitation training, trauma training, and the use of the Monash Uni sim lab.
  • Assist with exam preparation and practice exams with an excellent recent success rate.

Bendigo Health is a Tier 1 ACEM training site with 3 years' accreditation. We offer a unique opportunity to complete your paediatric requirements in a mixed Adult/Paeds ED with 23% of presentations being Paediatric.
