Job Description">

As a Fraud Officer, you will play a pivotal role in our Financial Crime and Fraud Prevention team. Your primary responsibility will be to scrutinize and investigate suspicious activity conducted via various payment methods.

This is a customer-facing role where you will work closely with clients to provide excellent service while utilizing our systems and processes efficiently and accurately within agreed service levels.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting vulnerable customers who are victims of fraud or scams
  • Developing strong working relationships with wider teams within Financial Crime and Prevention
  • Liaising with internal Investigations teams on complex cases and escalating matters of concern
