Case Manager - Forced Marriage Specialist Support Program

This is an opportunity to make a positive and meaningful difference in the lives of young people affected by forced marriages.

We are seeking a skilled Case Manager to join our Forced Marriages Specialist Support Program. As a Case Manager, you will provide intensive case management support to empower clients on their journey to safety and independence.

You will work with individuals, families, and communities to raise awareness of the risks of forced marriage and provide emotional and practical assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and develop effective case plans.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Participate in community awareness activities to promote the program's goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • A recognised degree qualification in Social Work, Social Sciences, Psychology, Nursing, or Mental Health, or a recognised Diploma in a related field and working towards a degree qualification.
  • Experience developing quality case plans or individual plans.
  • Demonstrated experience working autonomously with multiple clients simultaneously.
  • Experience working with individuals, families, or groups from a culturally appropriate perspective.
  • High-level communication, influencing, liaison, negotiation, and mediation skills.
  • Current unrestricted driver's license.
