Lead Clinical Professional

We are seeking a seasoned and dedicated Registered Nurse to take on the pivotal role of Clinical Manager. In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality in-home aged care and NDIS services.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Co-ordinate and manage the delivery of tailored care plans for our clients.
  2. Supervise and support a team of experienced care professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
  3. Develop, implement and review care plans to meet the evolving needs of our clients.
  4. Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families and clients to ensure comprehensive care coordination.
  5. Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided, making improvements as necessary.

Requirements:

  1. AHPRA Registration.
  2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  3. Must be a Registered Nurse with a strong clinical background.
  4. Preferred qualifications include Aged Care and NDIS experience.
  5. Current Flu and Covid Vaccinations.
  6. Valid Police Check.
  7. Full working rights in Australia.
  8. Driver's Licence.
  9. First Aid and CPR Certificate.
  10. Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
