Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the pastoral care of a class of Middle School students
  • Teach with a focus on developing higher order thinking skills
  • Demonstrate a passion for effective teaching and learning
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues
  • Contribute effectively to curriculum development
  • Liaise with students and parents
  • Participate in the school's co-curricular program which may include weekend activities
  • Attend staff meetings and professional development
  • Support the Christian ethos of the school
  • Other duties as required
Requirements

The successful applicant will have a strong commitment to teaching and learning, excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

A demonstrated ability to provide high-quality instruction and support to students with diverse learning needs would be highly regarded.
