We're seeking an exceptional Data Visualization Expert to join our team and lead the development of comprehensive data visualization dashboards. This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates or young professionals looking to gain hands-on experience with enterprise-level business intelligence solutions while working with cutting-edge cloud technologies.

About the Role

You'll play a crucial role in designing and building business operations dashboards for service delivery, sales pipeline, and project management. Additionally, you'll create IT monitoring & health dashboards for internal client environment monitoring, develop client-facing dashboard versions for transparent health reporting, and recreate and enhance existing reporting solutions with improved functionality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and build Business Operations Dashboards for service delivery, sales pipeline, and project management
  • Create IT Monitoring & Health Dashboards for internal client environment monitoring
  • Develop client-facing dashboard versions for transparent health reporting
  • Recreate and enhance existing reporting solutions with improved functionality
  • Work with data from Microsoft SQL Server (Azure VM) and PostgreSQL databases (Azure Data Factory) from our PSA and RMM systems
  • Assist in migrating data from various sources into a unified data lake architecture
  • Collaborate on building AI layer foundations for custom, bespoke Power BI reports
Technical Implementation
  • Develop efficient data models and DAX calculations
  • Implement data refresh schedules and automated reporting processes
  • Ensure dashboard performance optimization and user experience excellence
  • Document technical solutions and create user guides
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI (including Power Query, DAX, and data modeling)
  • Understanding of SQL databases and query optimization
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure
  • Knowledge of data warehouse concepts and ETL processes
Analytical Skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Experience with data visualization best practices
  • Understanding of business intelligence principles
