Site Operations Specialist

This role involves overseeing project plans and tracking progress against established programs. Key responsibilities include resolving technical issues, managing subcontractor relationships, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and fostering a safe working environment on site.

Responsibilities
  • Contribute to maintaining a secure work culture and ensure that projects are delivered to set standards
  • Review and comprehend construction drawings, specifications, and method statements
  • Liaise with foremen and subcontractors daily to achieve target outcomes
  • Ensure project delivery is in line with project requirements
  • Deliver on-site works to quality standards and complete relevant documentation
    • Participate in cost management of daily activities
    • Manage allocated work packages and resources to ensure costs are within or below budget
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Engineering
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
  • Excellent subcontractor management skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to develop and maintain good working relationships internally and externally
