Meaningful work is a vital part of our services, and as a Patient Advocate, you will play a pivotal role in supporting individuals with mental health needs. Our Psychosocial Recovery Coaches are an integral part of this process, working closely with clients to develop personalized recovery plans. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual who shares our commitment to empowering people with mental illness. As a Patient Advocate, your primary focus will be on providing holistic support, ensuring seamless navigation of mental health and mainstream services. This involves:
- Building trusting relationships with clients, fostering open communication and understanding
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care plans
- Empowering clients to take ownership of their recovery journeys, promoting autonomy and independence
