**Job Title:** Data Architect and Governance Lead
We are seeking a highly skilled data architect to lead our enterprise data strategy and architecture. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data governance, compliance, and IT standards.

- Develop and evolve our data governance framework, ensuring accuracy, security, and accessibility.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform business needs into powerful data solutions.
- Drive data quality, compliance, and best practices across the organisation.
- 5+ years of experience in data architecture or related roles.
- Strong background in data governance, compliance, and IT standards.
- Proven ability to manage complex data initiatives and lead enterprise strategy.
- Knowledge of AI/ML technologies and modern data platforms.
- Excellent communication skills and senior stakeholder engagement.
- A degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
- A collaborative and forward-thinking team working on meaningful projects that impact our everyday lives.
