Social Media and Digital Content Strategist

We are seeking a highly strategic and creative professional to lead our social media marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media marketing, website management, and SEO/SEM.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute an 'Always On' social media strategy, overseeing content creation and partnerships to drive engagement and sales.
  • Act as the internal expert on paid and organic social, optimizing performance based on data.
  • Manage community engagement and execute influencer campaigns.
  • Website Management:
  • Design, publish, and maintain website content (homepages, landing pages) and our YouTube channel.
  • Enhance user experience, guide development, and conduct thorough quality assurance.
  • Manage domain names, optimize information architecture, and maintain CRM lightbox.
  • SEO/SEM:
  • Drive on-page SEO, including keyword strategy, content publishing, and performance feedback.
  • Implement best practices for off-platform search (SEM), collaborating with internal teams and managing local agencies for execution.

The successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience in social media marketing and 3 years of experience in a similar digital role with website management and SEO/SEM hands-on experience. Experience in FMCG is a plus or agency side on social media/digital/SEM role. We value diversity and inclusivity in our workplace.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Advanced knowledge of social media platforms and advertising tools.
  • Excellent writing, design, and project management skills.
