We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Rehabilitation Consultant to join our high-performing team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in enabling individuals to return to work successfully.

Our ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to build strong professional relationships with clients. You will be responsible for delivering client-centred management, conducting single service assessments, and facilitating worker independence as they return to work.

The successful applicant will possess a strong aptitude for time management, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. They will also be able to negotiate positive outcomes for clients, utilizing their rehabilitation expertise to achieve optimal results.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Rehabilitation case management
  • Single service assessments, including functional assessments
  • Worksites assessments, including ADL's, pre-employment medicals, ergonomic assessments, and JTAs
  • Facilitating worker independence

Essential qualifications and skills include:

  • AHPRA registered occupational therapist or physiotherapist
  • ESSA accredited exercise physiologist
  • Rehabilitation counselor/provisional psychologist
  • Valid Australian driver's license
  • Excellent written and report writing abilities
  • Strong verbal communication skills
