About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join Melbourne Airport as an Interface Specialist in Engineering and Asset Management. As a key liaison between Engineering and Asset Management, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth project execution and optimising business outcomes during a period of major growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver business improvements across the project delivery interface function, including identifying and communicating key project information to relevant stakeholders.
  • Interact with various stakeholders, processes, and systems for infrastructure projects across the business and throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Summarise the stage and status of projects, and escalate key issues for attention as needed.
  • Ensure appropriate stakeholder engagement and sign-offs.
  • Assist in identifying impacts on operations, impacts to operating costs, complex interfaces, or potential to avoid impact to travellers or abortive scope.
