Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced leader to fill our Principal Cloud Project Manager role.

This is a key position that will lead end-to-end cloud onboarding, upgrades and projects. The ideal candidate will have a broad background in cloud computing technologies and excellent advocacy and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, monitor and close cloud projects from start to finish.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables and timelines aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage project budgets, resources, risks and change requests.
  • E nsure compliance with cloud governance, security and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders and cloud leadership.
  • Identify and escalate project risks, resolve project issues and blockers.
  • Drive continuous improvement in cloud project delivery methodology and onboarding processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in project management, with at least 2-3 years focused on cloud technologies.
  • Proven experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud.
  • Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum and/or Waterfall methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, leadership and organizational skills.
  • PMP, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2 or equivalent certification.
