Job Title: Skilled Tiler
">We are seeking a skilled tiler to fill a key role in our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in tiling work, including waterproofing, tile supply, and surface preparation.
">The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, with experience in supervising tilers and managing site operations.
">Key responsibilities include:

- Preparing surfaces for tiling by removing old tiles, grout, cement, and adhesives">
- Filling holes and cracks, and cleaning surfaces">
- Attaching tiles to surfaces using correct adhesive and ensuring patterned tiles match">
- Laying floors of cement, granolithic, terrazzo, or similar composition">
- Carrying out screeding, grouting, and caulking">
- Handling floor tiling materials and equipment">
- Maintaining high-quality workmanship and finishings">
- Ensuring Workplace Health and Safety requirements are observed">
- Managing site visits, measuring, and inspecting">
Required qualifications include AQF Certificate III or IV, or at least three years full-time relevant experience. Essential skills and experience include 6+ years full-time work experience as a wall and floor tiler, White Card, Tiling certificate, experience with epoxy grout and mosaic tiling, reliability, hard work ethic, precision, accuracy, attention to detail, safe working practices, and good communication skills.
